Watch Your Food Grow At This Fresh Farm-To-Fork Restaurant

The Gibbet Hill Grill in Groton, Massachusetts is about as close to true farm-to-table dining as you can get!
Located on a real, fully-functional produce farm, the restaurant serves more than 50 fresh vegetables including 40 varieties of heirloom tomatoes, squashes and zucchini, heirloom beets, radishes, greens, peppers, beans, potatoes, specialty onions, and more.
Their ever-rotating menu is based around what is in season at any given time. While summer is the best time for a Gibbet Hill Farm harvest, the Grill is careful to preserve the remaining bounty in their root cellar and winter greenhouses for a year-round dining experience that is "beyond organic."
When home-grown is not an option, the Gibbet Hill Grill sources ingredients from other local farms to feature the best of what the region has to offer.
Enjoy homemade soups; grilled steaks, ribs, and fish; and of course, incredible farm-fresh salads and sides.
In the days before the Grill, Gibbet Hill was a working Black Angus cattle farm. Rather than tearing down the 100-year old post-and-beam cattle barn, the owners renovated it into a beautiful and uniquely immersive dining space.
The Gibbet Hill Grill has returned to serving guests inside the restaurant with safety and social distancing guidelines in place. If you prefer, you can opt for curbside pickup instead.
They are open for dinner Monday through Friday from 4pm to 9pm and for lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday from noon to 9pm.
