Vegas thinks the Celtics are the best team in the Eastern Conference

Are you a Boston Celtics fan? Do you like being happy? Do you get happy when you read good news about the Celtics? If you answered yes (or no) to any of these questions, keep reading. If not, you probably can't read and should keep reading anyways in order to learn how to because it's an important skill to have. Oh right, the Celtics...

There's a lot of confidence in the Celtics this season and for some damn good reasons. A healthy Gordon Hayward will be hugely important; they did great without him last year, so just imagine what they will be able to do with him in there. Our friends over in Las Vegas have an idea--and they (apparently) like what they see. At least, the odds Jeff Sherman from Westgate LV SuperBook (what a name) put out seem to view the Celtics somewhat favorably.

So yeah, they're projecting the Celtics win 57.5 games. I would bet my life that this does not happen. No chance in hell. They're either going to win more or less and I refuse to compromise on this.

It's also annoying as hell that he put them in alphabetical order instead of the order of how many wins each team is projected to get. It made my job harder, but I can tell you he has them projected to have the best record in the NBA's Eastern Conference. But they are projected to have the second most wins in the NBA overall (behind the Golden State Warriors who are projected to have 62.5).
It's a step up from where the Celtics were last year; they won 55 games last regular season.

Oh yeah, and here's my favorite thing: LeBron James is on the LA Lakers now. So yeah, the C's might just be the best team in the east this season. That's pretty good.
