Pokemon Go Takes Over Boston Common

If you’ve been on social media in the last week, you’ve probably seen the Pokemon Go takeover. In case you haven’t, see here. In any case, if you’re a fan or not you should probably be aware of all the meetups in the city and people walking around with their heads in their phones. This Saturday (7/23) there’s a Boston Poké-walk starting at Boston Common. As of today, almost 9,000 people are interested, 2.5 thousand are confirmed as going, and another 4,000 are invited. On r/PokemonGoBoston people are starting Pokemon bar crawls, Trivia Nights, as well as posting the best spots to catch ’em all.
