Enjoy FREE Fog Sculptures At The Emerald Necklace Park System

The Emerald Necklace Conservancy is celebrating its 20th anniversary with an innovative new series of art displays and performances - all created using fog.

Artist Fujiko Nakaya developed the public art exhibit called “Fog x FLO." They will be on display from dawn til dusk across five locations of the Emerald Necklace park system from now until October 31.

Nakaya’s “climate responsive,” shape-shifting, pure water forms invite visitors to immerse themselves in the art, experience nature anew, and appreciate the vital role of the Emerald Necklace in our city’s history, present, and future," announces EmeraldNecklace.org.

The 1,100-acre park system was designed by Frederick Law Olmstead, hence the FLO in the exhibit's title.

Fog x Canopy at Back Bay Fens

Appearing for 5 minutes on the hour and half hour from 8am to 8pm.

Appearing for 8 minutes on the hour and half hour from 8am to 8pm.
