Start with a homemade Pop Tart at Flour Bakery + Cafe. This creation is the brainchild of Chef Joanne Change. Flour began its reign in 2000 and now supports eight locations. Lunch is served at Democracy Brewing, where Pizza Bagels will keep your belly quiet until dinner. This after-school favorite is made with adult-sized bagels in three select styles: the Sausage, Broccoli, Ricotta Bagel; the Everything Bagel; or the Margherita Pizza Bagel.
