Celtics going HARD in free agency

There's been so many moves, it will make your head spin.

That's right, folks, we are talking about the craziest time of year for the National Basketball Association. No, this is not referring to the NBA Finals. Those are nothing compared the NBA free agency frenzy which happens every year in early July.

As Woj drops bombs and all of the stuff happens, teams are shaken up a great deal. That said, we need to talk about how the Celtics look as a result of the early moves made amid the frenzy.

In short, it's going to be a much different team. Kyrie Irving is gone, as is Al Horford and Terry Rozier finally got the money he deserves--close to $20 mil per year from the Charlotte Hornets.

Meanwhile, the Celtics made a couple of notable signings. The biggest of the bunch would have to be Kemba Walker -- on a four year deal worth $141 million. That's an insane amount of money, so he better be a superstar in Boston.

His numbers are certainly good. We're talking like 25.6 points per game with 4.4 rebounds and 5.9 assists as he averaged 43.4 minutes of play.

Now, the question is: will he be worth it? That's a question he's going to have to answer on the court with his playing ability, but I guess we shall find out.

Oh yeah, and the team signed Enes Kanter to a two-year deal worth $10 million. The center averaged 13.7 points per game with 9.8 rebounds, so he should definitely be an asset for Boston.

Hopefully, the team continues making moves to get better. However, the first two major moves of the offseason added some talent to the team. Its better than Dave Dombrowksi's offseason, that's for sure. But then again, it's hard to not be better than that.
